Food and Excersize log
Hi folks, Hope your all having a good Sunday.
B 1 poached egg with a small slice of Italian bread.
L 3oz's cooked shrimp in a cup of chicken broth with a small green onion cut up.
D Dinner will be a 3oz Turkey burger with a slice of LF american cheese and a small green salad with a tablespoon of olive oil

A lot of decaff iced tea, Went to gym and did all my stations and added a new one. Came home and decided to sun in the back yard with my dog keeping me company staring thru the slider in the air conditioned playroom. We both had a good day. Take care and be well.

threw up after lunch at my moms, I don't think the sauce was a good idea or the pasta.

Not very hungry tonight, my teeth that were worked on are still killing me so much, I am getting crowns in acouple of weeks and he put temporary ones on for now. The painkiller is making me very tired, so I am sleeping alot today. I wish the pain would go away.
Well hope everyone is having a great weekend. I had alot of fun yesterday in the pool and at my cousins picnic. We had alot of fun swimming and playing with the kids.

Hi Chryssie. Your fluid intake is very important, get it any way you can. At the beginning I lived on suger free ice pops. Last thing you need is being dehydrated. As far as Birthday cake I have just given up on it. Same results as you. May just be the sweetness of the frosting. Take care and remember, Need those fluids!
