Did an hr workout at the gym yesterday-walking 3 miles today is the plan

S-carb countdown milk
L-salad with ham and cheese ff dressing
S-1/2 cup cottage cheese
D-chicken caesar salad (small)
S-turkey/cheese roll up...cucumber
Cal-1345!!
Fat-74g...???
Carbs-39!! YES!!
Protein-130!

Hi Everyone
Having kind of a weird food day. Not really hungry, so I'm just eating bars here and there.
B-Nothing
S- 1/2 Rock N Roll Protein Bar
L- Power Crunch Bar
S- Sinless No Fat, No Sugar with strawberries and bananas from Cold Stone creamery. Couldn't even finish that.
D- Going to see how Pot Roast will go down. I'm not expecting it to go well, so probably a protein shake.
S- Will probably be another bar.

B kashi ceral with skim mile, 1/2 cup of both
L Cup of chicken broth with 2 oz's of grilled pork
D Grilled fish fillet with a small salad
Went to gym today , got all my stations done, back all better!
I went to that "Fitday site Joanie and as soon as I figure it out will start listing my figures as well. Am a tad "computer challenged" so will get it eventually. Have a great evening,
