Ok..calling all food log posters present and past. Let's go!! Anyone want to do a fitday.com daily report with me? It has surely helped me keep on track. I am doing a day behind...so I can report EXACTly what I ate. I had been getting lax about staying within my plan...when I posted in the mornings what I was going to eat.
OK..my friend could not meet me for water aerobics yesterday...so I took a 2 mile walk with my neighbor. Today is the gym.

B-cottage cheese
S-Carbcountdown Choc Milk
L-roast beef/cheese on 1/4 of a wrap
salad
S-carb countdown choc milk
Cucumber (half hr later)
D-Chicken / spinach
S-small salad with roastbeef/cheese

75 g of fat..I need to lower this!!
40 carbs-just squeaked by
100 g-protein whoopie!

Posting today, but you won't see me this weekend since I am leaving for ME tomorrow to see a friend who has not seen me in over 100 pounds, she will be surprised!
Gym this morning for step class.
B - went to breakfast, one egg, one piece of whole wheat toast
L - probably a protein bar
D - not sure, maybe a hot dog, or small piece of steak
S - protein bar

Hi Folks! Back is feeling better today.
B skim milk with 2 scoops of Isopure vanilla pure whey protien.
L 6 medium shrimp with a tablespoon of ****tail sauce, 2 tablespoons of cole slaw.
S String cheese stick
D 2oz grilled pork in a cup of chicken broth with some green onion.
No Gym today. Have a meeting tonight so will get some walking in then.
