Went to water aerobics Monday. Walked 2 miles in that humid hot weather yesterday! I am a day behind becasue I want to see if that will help me. Everyone keep on doing what they are doing--but if you want to do the Fitday.com breakdown with me...I would love a partner. I am doing this jumpstart plan...no more than 40g of protein a day...not more than 10g at a meal. OK here goes B cottage cheese S carb countdown choc milk L chef's salad w/cheese/roastbeef/half egg Italian dressing S-Carb countdown choc milk D-hamburger patty 2 oz- and 2 oz of chicken breast S-cucumber w/italian dressing 52 oz of water/fluids I need to get my calorie/fat count low...I am blaming it on the dressing..I was out of low fat dressing... Cal 1100 84 g FAT!! Protein...107 g YES!! Carbs = a mere 26...wonderful. OK..lets see if I can do this again...I will post tomorrow-about what I ate today. Oh..if anyone is going to venture into a piece of corn? I sabotaged myselft Monday..and had one...then looked up the carb count...22 g per ear!! OK..Water exercise again tonight...Gym tomorrow. Have a wonderful day. Lets get this log rolling again..it used to be a pretty HOT post here on the boards... XO Joanie

Maggie: What is very berry vanilla protein powder and where can I get it? It sounds yummy & I am ALWAYS on the hunt for new protein drinks. How did your upper GI go the other day? Thanks, Chryssie

The Very Berry Vanilla protein powder is made by Protein Delite and I order it through bariatriceating.com. It's under the protein tab. It's really good mixed with carb countdown milk, oatmeal, sf ice cream etc..... It has bits of real berries in it. I love it. My upper GI went really well, thank you for asking. They said everything looked great. Maggie
