Good Morning Everybody
I am tired this morning and you know me I hate Monday!!! Anyway I will be very busy at work to reconnect all pc's . I ironed and packed our clothes to get ready to go fla this thursday .
B cottage cheese with rasberries
S Nectar protein drink and water
L grilled chicken with salad
S Morning start bar and WATER
D chicken burger without buns with cheese on top, tomatoes and some green beans
S Simple smart milk and WATEr
Will do powerwalking after dinner tonight and will do 30 min cardio across from my office today

Good Afternoon,
I had a crazy morning, had to go to the dentist. yuk!!! Have to get two crowns in a couple of weeks. YUK YUK
Anyway had a great weekend. Saturday was so much fun at the summer gathering, its too bad more of you did not come. We hope more will come next year.

Hi Folk's, Back from a week of camping with the family.
B Kashi breakfast ceral,skim milk
L 2 slices of ham with 2 tablespoons potato salad
D Half a grilled Pork chop and a small salad
Went to gym today, What a difference a week off makes but made it thru my excersize stations. Sheesh! Have a great evening everybody.

Sorry I missed the picnic yesterday. As you know we were away camping--my husband spend the day in the tent-he didn't feel well. I didn't want to leave my kids alone there. Anyway we had a great time- Camping was much easier this year with the weight off.
I am going to try to log on Fitday.com--I am determined to go to zero carbs this week. I am going to do something different. I am going to post the previous day's menu..so you can see what I actually DID eat..and I will do the breakdown of protein/fat/carbs.
I am leaving right now for water aerobics...tomorrow is the gym
