Q #1 - I had a hard time with liquids at first. I don't know why. Maybe the water gets where it's going too fast, and the popsicles are slow. Q #2 - I had trouble (pain) sitting, and I went to the doctor and found that I had a fractured tail bone. I don't know when it happened, but the doctor said it was probably injured during childbirth (I have five children). I had to get an injection of steroids. The fracture could take a long while to heal, and the doctor said I may need more injections. You may want to ask your doctor about the possibility of a fractured tail bone. Best wishes to you Hugs and happiness, Tammy

1. Popsicles force you to ingest slowly. Liquids are easier to take in and drink quick...so the popsicles are easier for you right now. Perhaps try a drink with LOTSA of ice cubes, so that you cant take big sips... just a thought. Nothing wrong with getting in fluids from SF pops. 2. Never heard of such a thing...but, you never know. It's difficult to get Ins. to pay for ANY PS tho. You might consider seeing an orthopedist or chiropracter. The chiropracter helped me alot Post WLS. Your body changes so much ferom carrying all that weight, adjustments from a chiro. help a lot. Good luck to you!! Lisa C
