-150!!!

Hello All! I hope everyone is doing well. As for me, I am having a GREAT day!! I got on the scale this morning and I am down 150 pounds!! It's amazing. I never imagined I would feel this great and be so small. 4 more pounds and I will have lost half of myself! I started this journey at 309# & now I am 159#. Dr. Aranow (& WLS) is a Godsend! I have NO regrets! The best part of this is when my kids put their arms AROUND me and give me hugs!!! It's such a wonderful feeling! Christine-150

Christine~ BRAVO! to both you and your husband... what a great looking couple you are! My husband has lost about 65 lbs (not through surgery) since I had my surgery last year and it has been a wonderful journey for us to get into shape together. Enjoy the ride. Towanda

My congratulations to you, Christine! What an awesome accomplishment! WOW!!!!!!!!! The positive effects our WLS has on our children (all different ways) is one of the best parts of this surgery!!!!!!!! I am so happy for you! Sandy
