AnyBody having their surgery soon and feeling excited, or anxious???

Hey Bethany... I'm having my lap band surgery on Aug.15.. I'm excited and very anxious to start a new life and a new beginning. The opportunity to finally loose this excess weight that I have been trying to get off for years. The chance to start living my life to the fullest. All I have left to do is have my pre-ops done and my last appointment with the doctor. So I'm well on my way. Good luck with your surgery and hopes for a speedy recovery. Monique

Bethany, I am having my surgery on Monday at St Raphel's. I am feeling all the emotions very excited, anxious and nervous. But I having being prepareing myself over the last few weeks. I am very lucky I have such a support team.....I have my family, I have my angel kim and I have many co-workers that have had the surgery so that they know what I am going thru and also friends and I have my friends from OH. I am going to get my bag ready on Sunday and I will go early Monday and take each step day by day..
