Hey Jayne, Wish he was down in the Milford area. I can't find a personal trainer that is reasonable down here, they are so expensive. I am doing physical therapy for six weeks, but I would love to do a one-on-one with a good trainer. Thanks for the info. Too far for me. Hugs KimC
