Hello Everybody Things are crazy at work to prepare to move our things to other new building.. alot of boxes to pack and move hardwares etc... Got back from whitewater kayak. Love it! It is so peaceful and nature views... saw some beavers builts woods for their house, saw baby ducks with their mom duck... were following their mom 's path so cute took that pictures!, saw flying fishermen there, so green trees and alot of rocks.. will plan to go back again B broiled egg and some strawberries L chef salad S Nectar Protein drink D Cod with vetgetables S Nectar protein drink and WATER Will plan to go on jogging with my dog late afternoon Have a nice day! Phyllis Love the new picture!! You are doing so well!! I am going to try to walk tonight and then go to the town pool for some water exercise. B- 1/2 cup cottage cheese L-chicken salad on half a bagel S- protein bar D- chicken perdue--with salsa and sour cream I was trying to lay off the SF ice cream bars...so I didn't buy any. Night times are beginning to get hard again..the old grazing routines are wanting to work their way back into my life. I need to fight this... Joanie

Maggie is putting on the cow mask cuz she was grazing all afternoon. Bad, bad Maggie.... Not a good day at all for me. I will hop back on track tomorrow. I don't know what got in to me today.. Anyways, here's the bad news. (Preops and newly post ops, don't look) B- South Beach Peanut Butter Choc. meal replacement bar S- Choc. Peanut Butter Power Crunch bar S- 1/4 Cup of Frito Lay Munchie Mix L- LF Cheese and 4 Saltines S- South Beach Peanut Butter Cereal Bar S- Low Carb Choc. Peanut Butter Ice Cream Bar D- Planning on a Egg Beater Omelette S- Planning on a shake Ugg, that looks horrible... out of control today was. Well it's done and I already did the damage so I need to move on. Hope you all had a wonderful day Maggie

Hi Maggie, don't beat yourself up too bad. The important thing is you know you slipped and have the will power to get back on track. B 1/2 cup of bran flakes,handfull of blueberrys and a 1/2 cup of skim milk. L 2 ounces of chicken salad with 2 tablespoons of macaroni salad. S Had my afternoon chocolate calcium chew D 2 more ounces of chicken salad and half a wheat roll. Came home from work, showered and went to gym with my son. We did our excersizes and stopped by my friends Italian bake shop. Shared an apple stick with my son, It's like a stick of apple pie. Just had a taste, which was wonderful and was satisfied. Well, have finally lost my first 100 pounds. Those last few really had me going. Got home and got on the scale and "Wala"! Thanks for all the support from all on the board. Will start working on the next hundred tomorrow! Take care, Julio

Congratulations Julio, that is fantastic That must have been a great feeling. I'm sure you'll lose the next 100 just as easy. I'm not beating myself up too bad. I chose protein packed snacks, but I get so frustrated fighting head hunger on days like today. I keep trying to fill myself up with water. Thanks for your support. Maggie

Hello everyone, Lousy day today, still feeling yukky from my period. Cramps are unbarable sometimes, and I am so tired too. Stayed home yesterday, slept all day, went back to work today. B: Atkins Vanilla Caramel Protein Shake S: rest of shake L: Amy's organic burrito meal with beans and veggie S: none D: bad girl, bad girl, had macaroni salad S: none Propel and Fuze drink today. Walked alittle at lunch and after dinner. I am so tired, going to bed early. Man these periods wipe me out. Hope everyone is doing well. Phyllis, I love your new picture you look great honey. Hey Joanie, I miss talking to you. Maggie, don't beat yourself up sweetie, I have those days too. I am actually having one today. You take care of yourself and don't worry. Hugs to all KimC
