Good morning Everybody,
Want to post this before I will go Whitewater kayak lesson with my son today. It will be fun!!! I had a wonderful weekend with my friends and family. Hope you had a wonderful weekend. I did very good with Holiday foods and chose healthly foods. Also I was jogging with my dog last night around 800 pm and felt good after finishing jogging. I will use my arms for exercise from whitewater kayak .
I made alot of signs said WLS so you will see that sign toward to Summer Gathering Party on July 16th . 11 more days to go!!!

Hi All,
I had a great 4th of July. Ate very wisely and exercised. The Health Club had a special class yesterday called Cardio Explosion and let me tell you, it was quite an intense class! I felt so wonderful after. Tonight I will be doing the sculpting class which is mostly weights.

Morning everyone!
I need to start documenting my food again. I'm at a standstill! Stuck at 182, which is a 90 pound loss, but I can feel my old habits creeping back into my head!
B - watermelon (and tea)
L - salad, chicken, tiny bit of dressing
D - Home made pizza (small measured piece) and veggies
S - not sure yet - probably a yogurt
I exercised my heiney off over the weekend. Today I will either walk or make it my cardio day off and lift weights at home. I've been teaching step aerobics at my local Healthtrax and that has really got me MOVING!

I have been walking this past week 3 miles per day. Haven't gotten to the gym in over a week...tonight's the night!!

Hi Everyone
Hope you all had a great holiday weekend. Mine was super. I was busy, busy, busy. It felt so great to just get out and keep doing things. I'm paying the price a bit today, but I don't care. I promised Mike I would relax today and tomorrow because we will be going camping with his parents for a long weekend starting Thursday of this week.
Kathy, where in the area do you take kyak lessons? Mike and I were just saying that we would like to take lessons.

Hello everyone,
Had a great 4th of July weekend too. Its the first time in years I was able to enjoy myself without getting tired or overheated.
Today not a good day, my period is bad again. Feeling very tired and really bad cramps too. Did not go in to work today and slept alot.

L: macaroni salad with tuna (small bowl)

D: Not sure probably protein shake
S: not sure
Was not very hungry today, drank alot of my propel waters. No exercise today, cramps to much to handle.
