Good Morning Gang
I have been up since 4:20am--couldn't fall back to sleep. Its going to be quite a long day!!
Gym definitely today-no excuses. I have exercised in some way every day for the three weeks...but this week I have not hit the gym at all. I miss it--go figure!
B-leftover spinach/chicken quesidilla

Good morning to you all, I do not know what I am going to be eating today but I know in a few weeks I will be drinking lots of protein shakes but I know I will be drinking lots of water today......
I do not have to go to wor****il 12:30 today so I am going to the Y and walk my mile and then do my machines Then I have a few errands to run and then off to work.

I will be busy to run errands after work today but will do powerwalking late evening tonight. I am looking forward for a long weekend off from work SMILE Drive careful and come back here alive!

Swam 10 laps at the Y today. Thought I would be able to do more but I guess baby steps. Going to go again tomorrow.
