Hello Everybody,
Another lousy weather again but that is okay because I prefer to have nice weather this long weekend coming ! SMILE!
How do you made for workout yesterday? I did on treadmill for 45 min while watching TV since it was raining yesterday. Tonight I will see my trainer to work harder for an hour then will do my cardio after that.
B cottage cheese with rasberries
S Nectar protein drink and WATER
L Chilli from Wendy with ceaddar cheese
S Southbeach diet bar (YUMMY chocolate peanut butter 19 Protein)
D undecided yet
S Nectar protein drink amd WATER after exercise

Good Morning!
Feeling better today - physically and mentally!! Starting today at 5:00, I will begin enjoying a five day weekend!!!!!! Woo hoo!!
B: South Beach Meal Bar - Cinnamon - YUM!!!
L: Turkey and string cheese
S: 16oz Smart Start Milk
D: 2oz chicken salad with a few strawberries.
I have to work tonight, so I will be walking away the pounds with Leslie Sansone when I get home!

Hi everyone
It's been a good day today in spite of this muggy humid weather. Hopefully it will end up being a nice weekend.
Exercise today was some stretching and laps around the house.
B- Woke up late after finally getting a good nights sleep, so no breakfast
S- Very Berry Vanilla protein shake
L- Roast Beef, LF Cheese Wrap with South Beach low carb ranch dressing
S- Power Crunch bar
D- 3 slices Dominos Thin Crust Pizza with onions, green peppers and sausage (stats aren't too bad if you've been good all day) not a good habit to get in though

Hi Folks, My day started at 2am today.
B 2oz's of chedder cheese with a slice of melon.
L String cheese with a half dozen wheat thins
S had 3 big strawberries
D Grilled fish fillet,a few green beans on the side.
My son missed Gym yesterday so took him today, We both worked out for an hour.
