J's Food Log & K's Exercise Log - WEDNESDAY
Good Morning Everybody,
I cannot believe it is almost July here!!!! So much parties for me almost every weekends!!!! Anyway It feel good to give other OH person at gym who just started to exercise after her surgery my gym outfit clothes which dont fit me anymore. Her face was glowing and it will help her to reach her goal to fit that size. I am so proud of her for working hard in exercise with my trainer. My trainer gave me more harder levels to do exercise and she was impressed that I can do it! SMILE!
Tongiht I will do powerwalking if it is not raininh outside but if it is then I will do my treadmill for 45 min inside in my family room.
Sandy P. You said you need yelling from this DO EXERCISE AT HOME OR GYM FOR NO EXCUSE SMILE!!! I know I forced myself to do excercise for 20 min if I am very busy but if I am not busy then I will do it more than an hour for exercise. You will feel not guilty if you did for 20 min during your busy week. Cannot wait to see you on July 16th!!

Good Morning
Lets see if we can get this log participation going. Thanks to all of you who posted yesterday.
I walked 2 miles when I got home from work..then went to the town pool and met my friend for water exercises--we were there for about 1.5 hrs!! Tonight I will hit the gym.
B- hard boiled egg
L-salad-w/grilled chicken
S-protein bar
D-no clue! Will report back when I get my act together!

Monday night was the first time I had seen Kathy and Joni in MONTHS!!!!!
BOTH of you look FANTASTIC! Kathy, when you passed your picture around at the meeting, neither Joanne or I could ever remember you that size! What a change!!!!
Joni, you keep looking better and better and better everytime I see you. The numbers may not be changing, but Bob should have his hands full with you.
Congratulations to 2 special women on such a wonderful job well done.

Hello All!
Not really feeling all that well today and yesterday, the heat is really killing me. I am tired, cranky and my belly hurts!! (I am sure it is all in my head!!) I am sipping an Isopure and gonna try and have lunch in a bit (breakfast did not work).
Oh well, one more day to my five day weekend! Hopefully that will make me feel better!

I am doing great today, its such a nice day today, except very muggy out. Looks like a storm is brewing to hit us tonight, dark clouds are coming.
Anyway I am doing good today with eating.

L: Lean Cuisine Turkery Dinner with Apples
S: Zone Bar
D: Not sure yet, probably some chicken and veggies
S: Fuze drink and maybe some cheese and crackers
LOTS OF PROPEL WATER TODAY AND SOME FUZE HEALTH SOLUTIONS DRINK CRANRASPBERRY.
Will do some walking at lunch and tonight after dinner, along with my sweatin to the oldies with my daughter tonight.

Hi Everybody, Todays menu is
B 2 oz of low fat cottage cheese on a slice of rye bread. My friend owns an Italian bakery in town and I help out on weekends . I get my bread there fresh from the oven and have it sliced and keep it in the freezer, use it a slice at a time. Lasts a long time, LOL
L 2oz's chicken salad and a tablespoon of potato salad
D Looking like A turkey burger and salad nite . Was a long hot day today at work.
S My viactive chocolate chew mulitvitamin and calcium chews
Went to Planet Fitness for my usual hour workout.
