OK gang...no excuses...lets journal...our food and exercise here. No matter what stage you are in...this really helps--track your food--plan and stick with it! Exercise today-I am going to the gym tonight. Yesterday I wanted to make that support group meeting so I did water exercise in my friend's pool for 45 min. Food Log B-low fat cottage cheese 1/2 cup L-tuna salad with side green salad lite dressing S-protein bar/decafe coffee (obviously not at the same time) D-didn'd do the lite alfredo chicken tortelli last night so will make it tonight S-SF ice cream bar Lets see if we can get more participation on this log again. Kathy looks even more fantastic in person...its helped her... So, it must be worth it!! Joanie

Hi Joanie It looks like it will raining today... No beach trip for my kids today at day camp. I will meet my trainer at gym tonight to work hard for an hour then will do cardio after this. B 1 broiled egg and 1/4 cup of cottage cheese S Nectar protein drink and WATER L roll of ham with mozz stick with mustard on it and some strawberries D Cod with small salad S Nectar protein drink and WATER Have a nice day! Hi Joanie No Exercise for me today I'll miss it as it's really been great exercising for the past few days. My legs feel good and tight as do my arms. Oh well, it was good while it lasted. B- Detour Bar S- Power Crunch Bar L- Nothing S- Nothing (Back to Cardiologist for more tests) D- Roast Beef, Cheese Wrap with Tbs. mustard S- Low Carb Ice Cream Bar Hope you all have a great day Hugs, Maggie

Hey All! B: 2 oz yogurt with protein bar L: Cobb salad S: String cheese D: Didn't plan - oh no - maybe there will be leftovers from lunch and some fruit. 10oz Isopure and water. On the gazelle for exercise - too hot for me out there! Have a good day!

Well, here go's B- 1/3 cup kashi crunch breakfast cereal with 1/2 cup of non fat dry milk mixed with isopure whey protien. I make the milk 1/2 gallon at a time and I put in 3 scoops of isopure vannila protien powder. L 2 ounces sliced grilled chicken breast with a tablespoon each of green onion and mushrooms in 1/2 cup of chicken broth D Will make taco's with lean ground beef and replace the tortilla with some romane lettuce. S I use my Viactive chocolate vitamin and calcium chews as my snacks. I did gym yesterday, so off for today. My son, who was heading down the same track that I was on at his age goes with me to the gym and between eating better now and the excersizing is down 25 pounds and is toning up nicely. Hello all, Today was busy again as usual, its the end of the month and lots of reports to get done before new fiscal year. B: Atkins Vanilla Caramel Shake S: Propel Water Melon L: South Beach Chicken Ceasar Wrap Lunchable S: LF SF Jello D: Chicken cutlet-small one S: Carb smart icecream LOTS OF PROPEL WATER TODAY IT WAS A MUGGY DAY AND HOT TOO. YUK YUK. Hope everyone is ready for a nice long weekend, I can't wait. We are having our block party this Saturday and its always alot of fun. I have great neighbors. Hugs to all KimC

Hi Everyone, Well it is time for me to get my act together! B- Tea S- Atkins protein drink L- 94% FF popcorn 1 piece of toast S- Atkins protein drink D- mashed potatoes, corn, and pot roast with Italian bread S- 5 pretzels 1 SF ice cream I went to the club on Sunday but was too busy Monday and Today.Will go Wed. Sandy No beating yourself up! On the days you can't go to the gym..do something else...pop in one of the WATP tapes. They are what started you out on the exercise wagon-remember? You have done wonderfully- keep up the good work XO Joanie
