Is there an OH group that meets in CT?

My vbg was almost a year ago, and I haven't attended any support group meetigns.  I was interested in starting to attend, when I found out St Ray's in new haven, cancelled their 6+ month group because people weren't attending.  

My surgery has been very successful, but I would love to meet with others in a group.   I am going to try to join a monthly group with my cousin.  It is sponsored by her Dr (Dr Bell i think).   But if anyone puts something together that is a schedule fit, I would gladly attend.

I organized a WLS get-together in March of 2004.  I think it was the first one held in CT - not positive, however.  We also had one in Middletown at the end of 2004.  I think there have been a few other get-togethers, but I have been unable to make them.

All you need is a location (I can help with that, but it is in East Windsor), and organize a WLS pot-luck.  It can be great fun - and you can learn some new, exciting recipes.  We also had a clothing exchange.  If I can help, let me know - but please email me directly at [email protected].  I don't get on this site too often anymore.
