How do you get an Angel???

Hello everyone, I went to the Pulmonologist today and he said that everything looked fine and that I do not have to have a sleep apnea study done.. I just have to have the upper endoscopy done and then I can get a date. I am getting nervous BUT ALSO SO EXCITED that I am almost done and will soon be a loser and hopefully look as good as all you others do. I was wondering how you go about getting an angel as I need all the watching over I can get LOL. Please let me know. Thanks so much!!! Lisa
