J's Food log & K's Excercise log Tuesday
Hi Everybody
I have to go Hampton to remapping my cochclear implant then come home to change my gym outfit to meet my trainer tonight to do weights and other excerise.
I am so happy because we are moving to new office at work on July 11 which mean I cna go to fitness gym across from my new office at work. I will plan to do my workout there everyday for my lunch time so I have time to do thigns at home when I will come home from work.
B cottage cheese with rasberries
S Morning start bar
L roll of ham with mozz stick with some mustard and slice of tomatoes
S Nectar protein drink
D Too busy probably low carb slim protein drink

Its 2am and I just read this post. Is it too late to report my log?
Monday I walked 2.5 miles AND did one hr of water exercise at the town pool. Tuesday I went to the gym. I am doing a 12.5 minute mile running on the treadmill! I am up to 5 mph. I remember the days when 3 mph was too strenuous for me!
B-so busy...no breakfast..I know bad
L-perdue low fat chicken and salad
S-protein bar
D-hamburger and noodles-more meat than pasta
S-SF ice cream bar
