J's Food Log & Kathy's Excercise log- MONDAY
Good Morning Everybody,
It was nice weekend for me. Hope all of you had a nice weekend too ! SMILE!! I will be busy tonight.... I will go to Gym to meet my trainer and we will have an interview by the reporter from Norwich Bulletin about excercise, and gastric bypass surgery. Then after this, My trianer and I will take powerwalking together near Rock Neck State park.
Guess What.... I am taking Whitewater kayak lesson with my son on July 5th. Thanks to Dr A. to save my life so I can be more active with my son which he is more excited to do try new things with me.

Good evening all:
As usual work is crazy, sorry I am late on my logging.
I did some sweating to the oldies tonight with my daugher. I feel great. Did my walking this afternoon too. Wow who would of thought a year ago I would be exercising.
B: Orange Cream Atkins Protein Shake
S: Propel water-Melon
L: Lean Cuisine Potstickers and rice
S: zone bar
D: Chicken Quesadilla-taco bell
S: none
Lots of propel today, feeling alittle overwhelmed, should not of eaten the quesadilla, its too much for me.
I will be ok today. Got my labs results today from my PCP, he sent it to my surgeon too. They said all my levels are down and I am where I should be. Everything looks great. Cholesterol down, bloodpressure down, sugar gone. I am so excited. I am doing great.
As of today everyone 87lbs, 38 to go for my second goal of 200lbs. I am so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!
