Hi gang I know I have been not living up to my J in this subject line. Lots of family stuff going on here. Please send positive thoughts and prayers my way. Just know that I have been very good about eating and exercising still. I avg 1-2 times a week at the gym..(only once last week) but I do manage to do my water exercise at the town pool 2x a week and walking at least 3-4 of the other days. The scale is moving and I fit into a dress that my sister gave me last yr before she moved to Florida! It looks marvelous...size 14...think if it wasnt for my tummy I could be a 12...but hey..I look and feel good..so I am not worrying. Tonight is water aerobics... B-Cottage cheese 1/2 cup L-tuna salad with a side green salad S-protein bar D-cheese ravioli S-sF ice cream bar I miss you all..pls know that I have not forgotten any of you! XO Joanie

Hi everyone Hope everyone is having a great day so far. I'm actually having a productive one myself which is great. For exercise, I'm getting my laps in. I've been doing more and more every day. Hopefully next week I'll be able to start doing them outside. Can't wait. It will feel so good to get out of the house on a regular basis. Hey everyone, Busy day today, sorry so late in my logging in. I was working at the Business Expo today for the town and then the office was busy too. Anyway here is my log B: Atkins Chocolate Protein Shake S: none L: Small piece of meatloar small spoon of mashed potatoes D: Meatloaf again S: none Lots of propel waters.
