I just had to share this. I took my measurements, I've lost 17 in. between the bust, waist and hips. 24 inches if you count the forearm, biceps, thigh and calf. I've lost 7.5 inches in the boobs alone. (Ladies, be careful what you wish for if you know what I mean). I'm only 7 months out and thoughts of plastics dance in my head. I've got skin hanging in places I didn't think possible. I'll spare you the details. I'm wearing a size 12 pants and any large top, although I've decided that sizes are for sh-t. I've seen some large tops that would fit an 8 yr. old. I feel great, and can't wait to take off the remaining 16 lbs to my first goal of 140. Good luck to all you newbies out there, the weight will come off if you eat right and move.

Whoo hoo! You're doing GREAT!!! You should be proud! Thanks for sharing your stats. I think it really helps people gain perspective on some things they can expect. BTW- I had the incredible-shrinking-chest syndrome too! LOL. Oh well- I did NOT specify where I wanted to loose weight from during those prayers! So... Keep up the great work! Best, Lisa

Lisa, You have been such an inspiration during these past 7 months, and we have never met. The posts on this site help and reading others stories do give one a sence of perspective. I wish you all the best and happiness going forward.

Hi, I am where you are. I think I focus too much on pounds and not how I feel or how much weight or size I wear. I wear a size 12 pant and still a plus size top. The skin... man, that is a real scare, my lower back hurts, and I look terrible without clothes (smile) I am saving and looking to refinancing my house and taking out a loan for what the insurance will not cover, and by the end of the summer, I am going to start the arms and legs and butt, and neck lift. I think that the insurance will cover the tummy and boobs. I am going to get a personal trainer, to see if something can be tightened, but due to my age, I think not. Wish you the best, and I know what you mean! Jayne
