J's Food Log & K's Excercise MONDAY

Good morning Everybody I am little tired this morning and you all know I hate Mondays! I had super great time from Whitewater rafting and I thanked Dr Aranow saved my life and gave me secodn chance to do anything for very active sport. My son was proud of me and said Iam more fun than before. I love Whitewater rafting!!!! I am trying to think to try new next sport B roll of ham and mozz stick S Nectar protein drink L Tuna salad S mornign start and water D ?????? Maybe chicken salad

Congrats Kathy! How much fun is whitewater rafting!!!!! It's still hot out there, but the end of the week promises to be much nicer!! B: 2oz yogurt L: 2oz chix salad with tomato and feta S: 1oz almonds D: 2oz baked chix breast with something else - not sure what. Isopure and water today. Have a great day!

Hello Everyone, Happy Monday Still doing laps around the house, but doing more and more every day. Hoping to start walking as soon as this heat breaks. Hopefully like Phyllis said that will be soon. Kathy, how exciting to do the white water rafting. It is on my things to do list as well. I would love to sky dive, but know my cardiologist will never clear me for that one. B: Atkins Chocolate Shake Protein S: rest of shake L: Lean Cusiine Rice and Beans Spa Meal S: none D: South Beach Turkey/Ham Wrap LF S: SF Carb Smart Icecream Fuze drinks (1) and propel waters today.
