Well I have made it six days

I made 6 days if the ketosis diet it has been hard but I made it though it I am going to celebrate tomorrow though when I go to the drs and do my test this was hard at first but last night my Sister-in-law was in the Mrs Connecticut padgent she did not will but the Women who did enter were not the most attractive but I learned that the beauty is definetly in the eye of the beholder....My sister-in-law did not finish in the told 5 but I think she should have she was the most toned and the skinniest there as well but oh well I am making my family a roasted chicken so i can still have my 6 ozs tonight since I only drank my broth today so I could eat roast chicken but I really want a steak but that again is ok I hope everyone is keeping cool!

It was a tough diet, Barbara! But well worth it! I am glad you had such will power to stick to it! I did my ketosis diet Easter weekend! UGH!! Those jellybeans were "almost" the downfall for me! I am glad they weren't as I am now 4 days post-op! You will be on the "losing side" with us soon! Good luck tomorrow! Sandy

Hi Barbara, I too am on the Ketosis diet~since Tuesday. No carbs? Ugh it's killing me. But on the plus side I have lost 8 pounds! It will all be worth it when we get to the losing side; we can do it! Best of luck tomorrow at your appointment. ~Robin

Hey Barb, This is your angel Kim reporting for duty. Congratulations on your next step of handling the ketosis diet. I am so proud of you. I know it must of been rough, but I knew you could do it. I am so sorry for your sister in law. Thats too bad she did not win. Better luck next time if she goes again. I hope everything else is ok with you and your doing well with all of this. I want to than everyone for the vote of confiendence I want to thank my angel for being there for me. I am getting ready to go to see Dr Barajas soon so I am Almost there for my surgery. I am so excited about being able to change me. Thanks everyone but I see that my angel did and with all your help I will be on the losing side soon!!!!!

Good for you Barbara I know this is hard to do. I celebarted after going to the Drs office myself. It was all worth it though when I got on the scale that day and saw that I lost the ten pounds. Pat yourself on the back because you deserve it. Maggie
