Back home from surgery

Thank's for all the prayers and all the support!!! I came home today. Things went well, but OMG, I'm never having surgery again;;;;ughh

I'm glad it all went well. I'm hangin' in there. I quit smoking a week and a half ago and have lost 7 of the 10 pounds he wants. Insurance is still up in the air so we are still going for the end of the month. Let me know when you are feeling better and we'll get together! ~Robin

Welcome Home, Dorota! I am so glad that everything went well with the surgery! Believe me, I understand what you are saying about "never having surgery again"! The pain is a hard thing to forget.... but it will all fade in our memory as we lose more and more weight! It's great to have this stage behind us, isn't it?? Sandy

Hello again! Yes, I am home!! I was able to leave the hospital late yesterday afternoon. I am so happy to be here in my air cond. bedroon, writing on my laptop!! My surgery went well.... the pain control was another issue.. a huge one... but i will not dwell on that and am grateful my surgery was routine and the worst thing (other than pain) post-op is a UTI!!! Hi Dorota, I just saw your response to my other tread, I glad you have a lap top! You can have it with you wherever you are comfortable. I do hope that you are feeling better today & I hope you have air conditioning!!! This heat & humidity has been horrendous. Talk to you soon, Robin
