exercise time line
I can tell you not to feel guilty and do what you can but the fact is that you will feel guilty and second guess yourself asking am I doing enough etc etc. I to did not feel energetic enough at about 2 weeks and then on. The past three weeks are coming around and I am starting to be more active in my daily routine and the exercise has improved and yours will to. As you weigh less you will want to move more. But do keep moving! Try to go for a walk and do it regularly. You will be amazed at how you progress with speed etc.
