Hi all Not much participation in this log lately. I need it to keep me on track so I hope you don't mind. Tues-Gym Wed-water aerobics Thurs-2 mile walk Fri-Gym B- hard boiled eggs-2 L-chicken baked/side salad D-chicken cutlet/veggie I am doing really well cutting out my snacks...but my night time eating has crept back into my life. Hi Joaine I went to gym last night to workout with my trainer last night even though I was little tired. WEnt to shopping and I could not believe that I am now wearing size ten. It was all emotion feelings and proud of myself for working hard in excercise and eat healthly foods without NO CARBS B raberries with yogurt S Nectar protien drink and WATER L wendy chili with ceddar cheese S morning start bar D ????? Maybe cod fish Have a nice weekend. We are going to Whitewater rafting this sunday and It will be my first time. I will let you know if I like it or not LOL Kathy K

Hi Joanie, Sorry I have not participated much lately. My life has been a whirlwind the last few weeks and I have barely had time to read the posts. Things are starting to calm down a bit now so I should be able to become a more active participant once again! On the bright side. I am now down 107.4 lbs!!!! I am still going to the club but not as much because of all the other things going on. I will be starting up again daily starting Sunday instead of 4 days a week now. My eating is pretty good, although I find myself needing to crunch and chew right now. I have been eating pretzels and grapes which seems to curb that desire. I feel wonderful! Sandy

Hi Joanie, You need to keep doing whatever works. I look forward to this every day. I am bad about not participating. My eating has not been good lately, but I am exercising good. Yesterday I did step class, planning the same today. Tomorrow will do the circuit. B - going out, so an egg with one piece of whole wheat toast L - probably slices of ham and slice of cheese with mustard D - planning on steak, finding that chicken does not settle well. S - sf popsicle or fudgecicle Pam Have a good weekend everyone! We are planning a surprise birthday party for my daughter's 16th BD tomorrow! 10-15 teens here tomorrow including a karaoke contest. Woo Hoo!

Hey Joanie, I hope your ok. Miss talking to you. I am doing ok, had alot of doctor appointments. Now I have to go for an ultrasound on my breasts. First the biopsy now this. I am so tired of all this. Otherwise I am doing ok. As of today 84lbs. I made it past my first goal. Now my next is to be at 200lbs. 40lbs to go to make it there. Hey Kathy, Haven't heard from you in awhile, hope all is well with you and your husband. I know its been crazy with knowing the outcome of your jobs and all, I have been thinking about you. Have not heard from anybody regarding the summer gathering. I hope you got a good response. I am still going to do some fun stuff for the kids with or without help. I have alot of friends and family coming too. Well hello to everyone else, hope everyone is well and has a great weekend. B: Atkins Chocolate Protein Shake S: rest of shake L: LF Cheese and wheat thins S: Zone bar D: not sure yet, going to my mom's S: none Drinking new drinks called FUZE, they are wonderful. My favorites are the cranberry/raspberry and the strawberry/melon. Only 1 gram of sugar. Be careful with other flavors they have alot of grams of sugar. But they are recommended by bariatric eating's website. LOTS OF MY PROPEL WATERS and CRYSTAL LIGHT. Will be doing my excercise tape at home and my usual walking too. Hugs, KimC

Hi all. Still doing laps around the house. Hoping to get out a bit this weekend. Maybe a trip to the mall. Not much difference walking laps in the house or walking laps in the house right?
