I just weight myself and yes I am 199 I reached my first goal just on time. I was hoping to reach my goal by my b-day which is Sunday and I made it. I can express the joy and happiness I feel. I have lost 62 pounds and they are gone forever. I am really going to dance tonight!!!!!

Congratulations Magaly. I remember when I hit 199 I was so excited I took a picture of the scale for my scrapbook. Make sure you do something nice for yourself as a reward. Congratulations. Maggie

I have lost 84lbs so far in 6 months and reached my first goal of what I weighed 12 years ago when I got married, now I want to reach my second goal of 200lbs which I was before I met my husband 15 years ago.
