Won't make that mistake again!
So last night, I ate my <2oz. of chicken, even put a couple bites back for lunch today when I felt full. then I started doing the dishes. Like an idiot, without really thinking, I ate one of the leftover tortellini my wife had for dinner. Ouch! Extreme pain, then a run to the bathroom. What the hell was I thinking? Well, hopefully it taught me a valuable lesson. Funny how 40 years of habits can kick you in the ass!
LMAO Glad I am not the only one that has done stupid what was I thinking things. I finally broke the juice habit cause it makes me dump. During a week during the month I crave glazed donuts. Can't eat them, too doughey. Do I care? Nope down goes a donut and there I am in pain cause it hurts. Do I learn then? Nope I eat about 3 that week.
I shall now be know as Hagatha: Queen of the queens.

Oh, old habits are hard to break...they say it takes 21 days to make and break a habit...21 days to stick to a new one, and the same to break an old one...BUT, when it comes to this new eating from RNY.....we have to remember the new way....
How many times had you been cleaning up and did that when you had your old stomach? You probably would have eaten all the scraps...I know I would have...When I had little kids, I'd finish their plates, as to not waste food...
Your pouch is SO smally and tiny right now, keep it that way and stick to the plan...
Happy holidays!
