Started the Protein sparing diet yesterday
Good morning everyone,
I started the diet of all diets.....I started yesterday and notice that by 8 last night I was extremely tired, I think it is because I am only consuming 9 oz of meat, 3 cup of broth and lots of water.....I am now on day 2 and things are a little easier today, I had my 3oz for breakfast microwave bacon very lean.....a cup of beef broth and my multivitiam and my potaium pill....I know I need to do this and that is what I am keeping in mind
I am 1/2 the way there, once I go to Dr Barajas office on Monday and do the test then I just have to wait for the date, I am very nervous but looking forward it to what is in the near future....I could have my surgery in July or august....![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/mbgraphics/emoticons/jump.gif)

Hi Barbara, I too went on that diet for Dr. Nazdam. I also lost ten pounds as well. If you like seafood 3 ounces of that frozen precooked shrimp in a cup of chicken broth with a touch of onion powder and heated was my favorite. I still have it for lunch from time to time. Well, it has been 4 days and it has been tough but I have made it though this far so I have 2 more days I WILL get through them, tomorrow my son has a lacrosse day in tolland and My mother is coming from Arizona on the 21st so Ihave a lot to do to get the house ready so I do not have alot of time to put food in my mouth anyways but I am getting tired of broth and meat. I would love a SF Fudgesicle but got to wait until monday
