What is involved with the Cardiologist "Stress Test"
I have a Cardiology appt on 1/5 and was not sure how that works. Do you see him and then he makes the stress test appt. I have a special concerning, my feet and balance.
I can not walk on a tread mill and don't even ask me to do anything that requires standing and doing any kind of cardio. Put me in pool and I would be fine.
Also How long does it take for them to get the results to Dr. A office by the 2nd of Jan I will have the Nut and Psych in and have a Pre-op with my PCP on the 8th. My goal is to get the tests in
and have Dr A send in the request to BCBS by the 2nd week of Jan With all going well hopefully get an early approval and schedule appt the last week of Jan. Dr A office told me they are not fully booked for Jan.
Any information would be helpful on the time frame of Test submissions to Scheduled Apt.
Thanks
Gloria
and we always went over the results immediately following the test..and Dr. Gerber sends the results via email that afternoon...I always ask to be cc-ed on all test results...just in case something gets lost along the way...
don't fear the test...the well trained folks administering the test...won't let anything happen to you!
Good luck...
