Hello Everybody, I am going to my friend's graveside service today at 1100 am and will hang out with alot of interpreters and friends there after this service. I am going to see my trainer tonight to work out for an hour then will do my cardio after this. The sun will come out this afternoon and It is nice for me to wear nice skirt and feel good about myself without looking for what clothes I will wear for today. B- low carb slim fast S Mornign start bar L tuna salad S Nectar protein drink D ?????? Have a nice workout ! You can do it! Kathy K

Morning all! B: Go Lean Kashi with Smart Start Milk L: 2oz chix salad with string cheese, tomatoes and a couple of triscuits (in that order) S: almonds D: I don't know S: SF popsicle Workout on my gazelle. My stall is gone! Woo hoo!! -34lbs down. Have a good day!

Hi Kathy and all I have been MIA for a bit...sorry I have not communicated much on the boards lately. I do miss all of you. Lots of family stuff happening...I need to take a step back and just be there for them. I feel great and people are telling me that I am "wasting away" even thou I have probabley lost 15 lbs since January. Was back at the gym yesterday. I went with my son and he was amazed at my workout! Tonight is some water exercise at the pool. The formal classes are over...and a girl I befriended there is pregnant and overweight...and thru her eating and exercise with me has gained only a couple pounds and she is 7 months along. She feels wondeful....its wonderful motivation for me and for her! B-cottage cheese L-salad and perdue low fat chicken D-cheeseburger no bun/green beans S-strawberries and ff coolwhip yum!! Joanie
