Good Morning, My week as usual has been so nuts at work, I have not had a chance to log in during the day. B: Atkins Vanilla Caramel Protein Shake S: Rest of shake L: Chicken Broth with some LF cheesesticks S: Acheive One Coffee Drink Vanilla Nut D: not sure yet, probably chicken and veggie S: SF icepop Fruit 2Os, crystal light orange drink and some snapple diet raspberryice tea. Well, I have been "out of commission" the last two days with food. I have had a little bug and it hasn't allowed me to eat all that much, if you know what I mean. Today, I am feeling better and back on track. B: 1/2 piece of toast with PB L: String cheese with turkey S: protein bar D: salmon with some salad s: 8oz smart start milk. water, crystal lite. Working tonight at the salon, so I will do 20 mins to 1/2 hour on my gazelle, which I am in love with because if I can't get outside, at least I feel like I can get some exercise in. Have a good day!
