Hello Everybody
People are getting ready to rally for SAVE OUR SUBASE on RT 12 today and Let's keep prayers for them to decide to keep SUBASE here because I do not want to move out of state! Thank you for your prayers!!!
It will be beautiful day and my son will have baseball game tonight so I will do walking on my lunch time at work so I won't feel guilty to miss my excercise. I did not go see my trainer last night because she was sick but I did powerwalking and light jog yesterday with my daughter who rode her bike.

Sorry to be MIA the past few days. Spent the night with my Dad who was admitted in the hospital. Couldn't leave him alone there becasue he has some mild-moderate dementia. He is ok..an home now. Believe me...not fun sleeping in a hospital chair. Lauryn's dance recital rehearsal for 4 hrs when I got home and tonight...there is another 4 hr rehearsal. Needless to say I am beat. NO formal exercise in a few days. Back to my walk tomorrow and the gym on Fri

Hi all,
Joane I am glad to hear that your dad is doing better...
Well went to the gym last night and did the orientation class, it worked out great because I was the only person who showed up. The guy gave me a routine to do and said to come see him in two months. I will be starting my routine today after work and the pounds should start coming off again.
