Ok, I'm being silly!
But after 4 weeks of having nothing but full liquids, today I start mushies and the Egg tasted like heaven on Earth!
I also stocked up on tuna, canned chicken, crab and cheese.
Any other suggestions?
What about that noodless lasagna?

And to all that are just starting out, it is SO worth it if I can do it anyone can.
It takes ALOT of will power and resistance, but once you start to see and the results it keeps you motivated.
Also, this place has been a lifesaver for me. Please use it to your fullest by posting or just reading. Most likely people are going thru the samw yhing you are and you feel less alone.

Have a great weekend

Suggestions? Good God, lady, I just went to your profile and you are doing everything right! You look great and I am sure that, now you are on "human food" again, you will continue to feel good. I ate cold tuna, warmed tuna, hot tuna, and cold chicken, warm chicken and ..... you get the picture. I did not use the blender but I have the most "in shape" jaw muscles you have ever seen.... chew chew chew. I  also like low fat cottage cheese but even chew that. I added chicken to cans of soup and that was good too. Congrats on your progress to date and continued good luck!             Dan

I couldn't eat egg that well since I HATE wet eggs and have to have mine killed. I did boil some and make egg salad. (Don't tell Dr. A I did that!) I also blended anything I felt brave enough to try and added gravy to all of it to keep it moist. Well, I did have hotdogs and hamburgers with kechup, mustard, and mayo.

Fat free refried beans with ff sour cream was a staple of mine.. to die for especially when you get bored of the same things.

Ricotta Cheese with a little tomato sauce & grated cheese was also pretty yummy.

Like Kathy mentioned.. Anything moist should work.  Just  chew... chew.. chew...

Cream of rice with a few tablespoons of plain protein powder..

Fat free or low fat cheese is a main stay.. (still is for me)

I use egg beaters Alot.. makes a great scrambled egg or omelette once you're farther out
in the process.

Moist turkey also sat pretty well with gravy.

Best wishes..

I poached fish in some white wine and lemon with a tiny bit of butter and mashed it up in the liquid after it was cooked. I would buy the smallest piece of several different fishes and make them this way. The small shrimp in the can mushes up real good too. I eat a lot fi**** is the best protein that sits well with me.

Funny you posted this. I just saw Dr. Aranow this morning for my two week check up, and he moved me to Stage 4 foods. I came home and scrambled an egg!

I'm also thinking about what else to eat.
