Hi Everybody FINALLY the sun is here on my birthday !!!! SMILE! I had a great time with all of ladies last night at Mohegan Sun and I lost $40.00 which I am not very good with using slots but had fun there! I slept 3 hours last night and still in good mood today I will do power walking outside this afternoon before I am taking Jessica to formal practice ballet show tonight and she will have ballet show tomrorow night. Also I will meet my trainer tomorrow morning to do my workout for an hour too. Have a safe trip out there and have fun this weekend!!! Wise to chose healthy foods WINK! B low carb slim fast protein drink S morning start bar L Will go out with co workers for my birthday lunch S WATER WATER D Chef salad will be busy with formal pratice ballet for my daugther Hugs Kathy K

Happy Birthday again Kathy! Been to the gym, did the circuit for 30 min. and step class for 30 min. With the risers! Whew! What a workout that was! Went to see Dr. Bell yesterday for my 6 month check up, he said I was doing fabulous! He was thrilled with my workout routine. For 6 months I have officially lost 92 lbs. Just waiting to hit that century mark! B - protein drink L - not sure, maybe protein bar D - steak S - sf popsicle Pam
