Update on my sister

Dr. Duffy cancelled my sisters surgery for yesterday. Tuesday he did a procedure on her and he found Diverticulitis. He said all bets are off because of it. It changes the whole surgery. He has to put her on antibiotics and get the inflammation of it to calm down. He has to go over all the pathologies and decide how much of the colon to take that will include the area that she has the diverticulitis. He said that the other doctors never wrote in there reports that she had this and they should have (boy did new britain really screw up) never go to these guys. Dr. Kemler and Dr. Massi. they really blew it. So her surgery is postponed for now until he sees what he is really dealing with here. I know that many of you have been praying for her and I am so so very very grateful for that. I will keep you abreast of what is going on when we know more. Thanks for you support!
