Good Morning Everybody,
I am in good mood today even though it is cold and lousy weather outside! I am going to Mohegan Sun Support group tonight at 530 pm then after this I will join bunch of ladies to celebrate my birthday there (my birthday is tomorrow) You are still welcome to join to go Support Group meeting if you have no plan tonight. I will take day off for excercise tonight.
B some cold chicken meats and half banana
S Simple smart milk and water
L Tuna salad with tomatoes
S morning start bar
D Will go out with bunch of ladies at Mohegan Sun

Water aerobics class last night..walking this morning--or the gym tonight. My daughter has two projects due that she needs help with!

Well, today is one month for me!! 31lbs down. I am back to work this week and I am tired!!!! Work is good though, it is good to get back to a normal schedule.
B: 2oz yogurt
S: string cheese and turkey
L: boca burger (I had one last night, just the pattie and oh my god, it was the best thing I ate post-op)
D: Salmon
S: slim a bear ( found them, although they are huge - not sure if I will be able to eat the whole thing yet)
QUESTION: - If I have a 8oz glass of milk to get my protein in - does that count as part of my liquid or one of my meals??
