1 year out!!

This year has flooooown by!! I'm officially a loser.. but this time, a good one. I've been reflecting this week.. looking at old pictures, old clothes and just thoughts in general. There was so much I COULD not and WOULD not do last year.. and this year has been a total turn around for me. Thanks to this "tool" that I have.. my life saver.. I am a healthy, young woman. I no longer see my Dr. once a week for a slew of health problems.. I've been lucky to see her only 4 times this past year! My lifestyle has changed.. I'm no longer a slug (unless I stay up way too late ) I exercise.. and LIKE IT!? I am a healthy shopper.. and people actually comment about how "healthy Michelle eats". I have been playing softball.. and I can actually RUN!! I don't think I have since middle school, really. I can reach my toes for lovely pedicures. I loooove shopping for cute clothes and going from one side of the store to the other (plus to misses). I do have to complain about the fact that I can't keep a pair of jeans for more than 1 week.. they just keep falling off!! I love going out now.. partying until the cows come home.. I'm a dancing fool.. who guys actually ask to dance! It's been a weird rollercoaster.. but definitely worth it.. and I'd do it all again. At my 1 year visit, I saw Debby.. not Dr. Valin.. oh well.. Gotta love Debby too tho! She was playing w/my squishy stomach and showing me which kind of TT I can have. That's all fun, new, exciting stuff to look forward to now.. and then I will feel complete.. I'm sure. Now, I have to wait 6 months until I can get this done.. so I'm done losing weight.. technically, I can get it done 27 lbs. from now! I'll be patient though and let you all know how that goes. I can't thank everyone on these boards enough!! You're always there when I had/have a question and it's great to share similar experiences with you all. I don't know what I would have done without my OH Family. That's all for now!
