5 Days Post op

Well...not too bad so far. Still sore especially when getting up and down, but not agony pain. I can deal with it. Sleeping in bed is ok..my back gets sore since I'm still a little afraid to lie on my side. I have this weird dream of my guts spilling out...sorry I know that's gross and I know it won't happen. I am having no trouble with fluids or protein. I love cream of tomato soup!!! I never ate it before surgery...but now with some beneprotein..yum. Head hunger rears its ugly head from time to time...but no real tummy hunger. Gas pain is a little tought..but not unberable. Well..that's all for now. Can't wait for the incision to stop itching. Hi Adam! I'm glad to hear things are going well with you! I was wondeing how things wew coming around. I had mine shortly after you. I was wondering did you have an open procedure? Sorry I wasn't able to remeber. The pain pretty much stinks but stff is staying down. Keep posted as to when you feel it's safen to lie on my side again!!! Take good care Heather
