Need a recipe
I am not to sure how the cod will do on the george forman. When you lower the lid it may crush the fish! But I do have a great recipe for an outdoor grill and you can proably use the ingredients for both.
canned diced tomatoes
capers
sliced black olives
put the fish on a piece of aluminum foil and put the ingredients over the fish. Seal the aluminum foil and throw it on the grill. Yum it is good. In the old days I used the tomatoes, capers and olives to make a sauce and tossed it with pasta but not today 
you could try this with the chicken but you should brown it first.
