Js Food Log/Ks Exercise Log
I have so much to do!! I am getting overwhelmed thinking about it all.
I am having a tag sale on Saturday and kept telling myself...be prepared..get ready early...well, we all know how that goes!
I am off today..my aunt has a doctors appt I will take her to and then I will treat her to lunch.
Last night was a nea****er aerobics class...I am feeling it in my legs and arms today.
I think I am nixing the gym this morning because of all I have to do..and will walk at 8am with my neighbors instead. I may be able to fit the gym in tonight--but its my daughters last dance class and they have to bring all their costumes to class and its our chance to take class pictures.
Oh..last night I mad a stir fry with vegies and beef...it was yummy!
B-scrambled egg
L-hamburger in a dish no bun/salad
D-roast beef /vegies
S-baked chips with salsa and lite sour cream

Good Morning all
Its a beautiful day today and I am feeling really good. I have lost 80lbs so far today. I am so excited. Its going crazy here at work with our fundraiser tomorrow.
B: Carb Solutions Yogurt
S: Achieve Mocha Java Coffee drink
L: Chicken
S: LF cheese
D: not sure going out to dinner
S: not sure yet
LOTS OF PROPEL WATER AND CRYSTAL LIGHT ICE TEA. WILL BE DOING ALOT OF WALKING TODAY AND TONIGHT.

Feeling better today, so I am getting out of the house!!!!!!!!!!!
B: 2oz pudding with protein powder
L: 1/2 toast with PB
S: 2oz yogurt
D: 2oz refried beans with some cheese and sour cream (hope I like it)
S: popsicle
Isopure and water during the day.
Going to the mall again, so that is where I will do my walking.
