1 yr appt tomorrow
Hey everyone! I've got my 1 year appt. w/Dr. Valin tomorrow.
I'm so nervous that I didn't do well.. enough. Anyone else have this problem? What should I expect from my follow up? And what kinds of things should I be asking?? I don't want to waste a visit. Also, I'm going to be talking to him about getting a tummy tuck.. I definitely think it's time.
Anyhow.. just wanted to get some opinions before I went in tomorrow. It's definitely been a ride. I hope they're not too disappointed there.
Hope everyone is doing well. Will update with all the goodies tomorrow afternoon. Have a great day!
Michelle

Hi Michelle!
What time is your appointment? Tom and I will be there too at around 1pm. He has his 1 year with Dr. Reinhold. He feels the same way though, he feels like he did'nt lose enough but I keep reassuring him that everyone is different and I think he has done a great job. I am sure the Dr.'s will think so too and YOU I think you have come a LONG way! You have lost ALOT in a year! I was looking at your new picture and you look fabulous! You should be pround of what you have accomplished in this past year, just look back and think to yourself where were you a year right before you had surgery! I bet we were'nt shopping at Old Navy and other cool stores like we can now!
No more plus sizes!
Anyway, good luck! You will do just fine!

Michelle! Nice to see your pretty face! You've done SO VERY WELL in a year! Please don't let anybody tell you otherwise! Dr or no. Look at where you've come from and think about all the differences betwween this time in 2004 and now.
BE PROUD OF YOUR SUCCESS! You've fought for every single pound and earned the right to feel successful. Keep up the EXCELLENT work!
hugs,
Lisa C
