Hi Gang! Last night was a good workout at the gym with some new exercises. When I got home my neighbor wanted to walk..so I did 2 miles with her! Tonight is water aerobics. The class ends at the beginning of June..I think I am going to wait until the Fall to join again--and just do some extra walking during the summer. I do not want to have everyday so structured--especially when the kids are out of school. B Cottage cheese L-grilled chicken w/green salad s-protein bar D-Beef stroganoff...lite recipe S SF ice cream bar Joanie

Hello everyone, I have already been to the gym, kick box class and circuit, so that's an hour. B - protein drink L - hamburg patty D - not sure yet, family is being fussy lately, maybe I'll do tacos and I'll have a taco salad. S - sf popsicle Pam

I was busy at work this morning. Tonight I will watch my son at baseball game so I will do my power walking at work on my lunch time. B mozz stick and some shrimps S protein bar L ch****n salad with some tomatoes S nectar protein drink D ???? very busy tonight S ???? Kathy K

Hey All! Hope everyone is having a good day. A little chilly out there, but at least the sun is out. Not feeling well today - kinda sick this morning - so I am going to keep it light. Its kinda weird every Wednesday since my surgery has been crappy. B: 2oz yogurt L: 2oz canned peaches S: popsicle D: protein shake (If I can all keep any of this down) I will have my Isopure too.
