J's Food Log / K's Exercise Log - Tuesday
Hello Everybody,
It will be nice day today and make plan to do your excercise outside for 30 min like take your dog for a walk or walk with your buddy. I will do treadmill when I will come home from work because I will go with Robin to go Providence , RI to be on TV show for the deaf people to talk about our surgery.
B yogurt with rasberries
S Smile smart milk 16 oz and water
L egg salad
S nectar protein drink
D ??????? have not decide since I am with Robin tonight

Good Luck today Kathy. Sorry about the gathering party being taken off the site. It's ridiculous.
I will try to get to the gym today to do the circuit. My daughter and I will be taking a hike this afternoon after she gets out of school.
B - protein bar
L - not sure, dh is home and we will go to our foster parenting class, we may go out.
D - hamburg patty
S - sf popsicle

Your daughter sounds like my daughter...such a motivator for my exercise! We need all the motivation we could get...my neighbors have also been so helpful in that way. Hey-I had no idea you fostered kids...How wonderful!! I am an A-Mom...so we have sort of another thing in common!

Good Morning
Back to the gym tonight..haven't been in one week. Last week I walked five days..the gym1x and 2 days off of exercise completely. I am back to 3 days at the gym this week..and of course, my water aerobics.
B-cottage cheese...
L-shrimp w/a salad
S-low fat perdue chicken bites -I am trying this for a snack with some salsa and sour cream..
D-??? No clue...but I am looking for high protein...
S slim a bear SF ice cream bar

Hi All!
My day just got changed, because I found out that I have my Annual Dinner for the Junior League tonight - I thought it was Thursday
. This will be my first challenge. I will of course be bringing my own food, as I am still not comfy with trying new foods out of my house. Although I am comfy with people eating in front of me, so that should be okay. So now, I have to adjust my plans and food. I have plans today also to go to Build A Bear with my neice and nephew this afternoon. Can't wait. I will walk around the mall for my exercise.
B - 2oz pudding with protein powder (5gms)
L - 1/2 wheat toast with peanut butter (5gms)
S - 2oz yogurt (2.25gms)
D - 2oz tuna salad with 5 saltines (13gms)
S - popsicle when I get home tonight.
I will also get in 10oz of Isopure to add to my protein (20 gms)

And yes it feels great to be able to show my shoulders off.... I been lacking off on my exercise but I started back today so I need to keep it up. I started walking right from work for an hour with a couple of friends. When to see me pcp yesterday and she wants me to loose another 37 - 38 pounds and stay at 170. I think I will be okay with that but we wills see once I get there.... I just want to be healthy....
Hello all,
My days have been so crazy at work this week. We have our fundraiser dinner at the senior center on Friday night in Orange and I have been running around like crazy getting ready for it. I put the program together myself at work and I have to go get it tomorrow from the printer, I created a new brochure for the senior center for the coordinator and she like both my creations. She compliments me all the time on my talent with the computer program Publisher. I love creating posters, flyers, booklets and other things for the community center. We are having a pasta dinner with entertainment and a raffle with all kinds of baskets, boy I have been very busy with my coworker getting everything together for this. Our senior center coordinator is fantastic at her job. She has brought so much to our center for us. Its great and a fun job too.
Anyway I have been trying to be good this week. I have done so much better than last week. Almost 80lbs so far. I am so excited everyone, it feels great.

LOTS OF PROPEL WATERS TODAY AND CRYSTAL LIGHT ICE TEA TOO. DID ALOT OF WALKING TODAY AROUND THE CENTER AND TONIGHT WAS OUT WALKING FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS.
