Evelyn and Phyllis update
I just wanted to drop a quick note on my 2 angelettes. Many pounds are shedding off both of them. It amazes me how fast, 27 in 2 weeks! When EVER was the last time any of us ever did that before this surgery????
One of them asked me this question: I will pose it to all of you. WHEN do you stopm worrying about complications? I had to respond, that even after 2 years, whenever I get "something" I worry. Then again, I am the ultimate worry wart, so I wanted to get feedback from all of you!
Please help them with all of your advice and experiences of this surgery. We are all so different, we need to share as you never know, there may be someone out there wondering and worrying about the same exact thing.
Please wish both Phyllis and Ev well, they are both on thier way to a new life!!
love and hugs to all,
Cheryl
Hi Cheryl,
Thats a great question! I am right there with you...even now, 18 months out (my how time flies!!) I still worry when I feel a twitch or ache. I'm not sure if those worries will ever go away, but thats ok, it keeps me on the straight and narrow and on top of my game.
I think worries like those are common after any major physical issue. Six weeks after my son was born I developed sever DVTs...two were dissolved by meds, the third I needed to have surgically removed...and now, three years later, every time I feel something in my legs I immediately wonder and worry.
Heres to peace, happiness and newfound life!

Cheryl,
Who has the best
? That would be Evelyn and Phyllis.
Thanks for the update my dear. I am out to soon to offer any sage advice on complications. I would only say, do what you must, breathe and have faith. It isn't always easy, and I fall from that wagon often (panic stricken) but I keep trying.
