Joanie's Food Log

Good evening everyone, I thought I would do the log for today since nobody started it. I met with Kathy K today at Harkness Park for the planning for the July get together. What a beautiful park. I hope everyone from our WLS family makes it to this great event. It will be so much fun and we have alot planned. Make sure you all email Kathy that your interested in coming or let me know too. We are going to start letting everyone know the ideas of what will be going on all day and there will be a raffle to if anyone would like to donate gifts. Come on everyone, please take time out of your busy lives and reserve the day for this fun event. You will have the chance to meet alot of wonderful people and make new friends too. B: Scrambled Egg with LF Cheese S: Crystal Light Orange Flavor L: Grilled Cheese with Tomato and Bacon {not a good idea threw it all up} S: none D: Grilled chicken pita from Chilis {only ate a couple of bites of chicken} not a good idea either, got sick again S: none Drank alot of water today and my usual crystal light. Did alot of walking today at Harkness Park with Kathy and the girls, we probably would of done alot more if Kathy had her way. She is remarkable with her exercising now, she is such an inspiration for me. Well have a great night all. Hugs KimC

Good Morning Kim..Thanks for startind the log... I walked 3 miles with my daughter yesterday... Today I plan on doing the same. I only went to the gym once last week..but made up for it with walking.. Go figure--the scale is beginning to nudge!! B-scrambled egg w/cheese S-cottage cheese L-vegie burger L/T D-cooking a turkey breast-maybe..we'll see S-Slim a bean SF ice cream bar Joanie

Hi Kim I did not see this post until this morning. I am glad I met the rest of your family and my son likes your hubby because they talked about fishing! Smile! My daugther said your daughter is nice person SMILE! I hope you like some my clothes I gave you away and I am sure some of them can fit today and save other for in the future. Thank you for your helping and came down to see this park! True If it is my way to go for a walk and I will go more far away but I do not want people are out of breath while walking far away with me SMILE! We are lucky it was not raining!!!!
