Good Morning Everybody, I had a good time to watch my son at basseball game and did not excercise yesterday which I was planning to do 30 min at treadmill at home yesterday. YES I felt guilty about this but I will work harder tonight to make up that day I did not excercise yesterday at Gym. I will do weight and excercise various with my trainer for an hour and will do my own cardio at gym. At Baseball game, People have not see me for a while... I heard the words... Oh my gosh Did you lose your weight.. You look different and look great... ETC... My son told me in the car when we are on our way to go home that he is proud of me because everybody told him You mom looks great and she looks beautiful etc... I feel much better from my tiredness after increased taking iron pill twice a day. Joanie ... I am sure things will back normal now since your sister is back to home now and hope you will rest this weekend coming by staying home. For people You are still welcomed to see me at Harkness Park at 100 pm even though It will be raining but we will find a place to go inside and sit down and talk.. Maybe in Masion at Harkness Park...I still need to hear from all of you to tell me feedback about this Summer Gathering Party. Tell me your ideas by typing this message board. I will be happy to hear from all of you. Mark your calendar July 16 th for Summer Gathering Party at 10 am to whatever!!! Have a nice day!!

Good Morning All; I am home today due to my back hurting and my legs again. I don't understand why. I thought once I started to lose the weight I would not have to deal with this anymore. Anyway I am taking the pain medication my gyn gave me and sitting in my heating pad. Kathy, I will be there Saturday as long as the pain is not too bad. My husband is going to drive me up there so we know how to get there for July. My daughter will be with us too. I look forward to seeing you and planning this fun event. Good morning, Going to the gym this morning and then on a hike through Bluff Point state park. I would normally go out to eat for my BD, but this is a new year and a new me. B- protein drink L - not sure yet D - low carb lean cuisine dinner S - sf popsicle Pam Have a great day everyone! It is a beautiful day!

Hi Kathy I feel a weight lifted from my shoulders--I postponed my overnighter to the casino. I never was so happy about not going away in my entire life! No exercise yesterday...for me either. This morning I did a 3 mile walk with my neighbor and tonight after work I am going to the gym. B-2 meatballs...yup..meatballs L-grilled chicken/salad D-Wendy's chili S-SF Jello FF coolwhip JOanie

This morning out for a 45 minute brisk walk with the dog, in SHORTS! WOO HOO! B-Carb Countdown w/protein powder added S-yogurt low fat L-sweet potato and tuna salad S hardtack and cheese D Wendy's chili (thanks for the idea Joanie!)

Hi Ann I have not see you long time and hope to see you at Mogehan support group on May 26th . It is good to see you back on This message board! Few more months you will make 1 year anniversary since you had this surgery! Hope you will reward for this! Hugs Kathy K

Kathy- Would love to try to see if I can make the May 26th meeting. Its so tough....with my husband working nights and with me trying to go to the gym. Remind me about this date..when its closer and I will see if i can make it. No gym tonight...I needed to take my daughter to dance class and then to soccer practice...but I did get in another 3 mile walk today!! Car shopping tomorrow night...I am going to do a walk aerobics video in the morning and get to the gym on Saturday morning!! Joanie

Morning, I am still nauseas today. Had my breakfast but it took alot for it to go down. I can't wait for my follow up tomorrow!!!! Kathy, it was a pleasure to talk to you this morning - such an inspiration!!! It is chilly outside, but I WILL venture out, even for few. B: 2oz pudding with protein L: protein shake S: jello D: protein shake S: I don't know if I will make it that far with the nausea. Have a great day!
