As most of y'all know I married into an Italian family. For major holidays that means way too much food. I am glad to report that I did pretty good. Ate a few too many sweets but not to the point of dumping. I even got turkey down and I was worried about that since I have problems with chicken and pheasant. I looked at how much I ate all day and had to remember that it was for all day not just "one" meal. Those dang Italians eat from 2:30 ish to about 8 pm.

I shall now be know as Hagatha: Queen of the queens.

I weighed today and weighed the same!!! Those Italians didn't make me gain.  I have no idea about your food schedule since you are a bander but if you were RNY I know you would be on mushies since it's only 2 weeks of liquids. Good luck for mushies by Christmas!

Way to go Kathy..  Holidays are soo hard..  I too am married to an Italian!  I tried to do good, I do not want to gain anymore weight before my surgery..  So I am going to be very cautious over the holidays..  Or at least try my hardest!!!  Kudos to you!!
