I HAVE A DATE!!!!

I JUST FOUND OUT I AM HAVING MY SURGERY ON MAY 16. THAT'S THIS MONDAY! WOW IT SEEMS SO CLOSE AFTER ALL I HAD TO ENDURE. INSURANCE IS IN PLACE. ALL THAT I NEEDED TO GET DONE IS DONE. SINCE MY OTHER DATE THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. BUT THIS ONE IS FOR REALLLLLLLLLLLL. I AM STARTING MY ONE WEEK LIQUIDS. I AM SO EXCITED AND SCARED AT THE SAME TIME. THANKS JESSICA YOU MADE MY WEEK. ALSO TO ALL OF YOU FOR BEING THERE. BLESSINGS, SPLENDALICIOUS

Congrats on your surgery date and it is normal to feel all mixed emotion feelings before surgery day. I will keep you in my prayer on May 16th! Get ready to go shopping to buy things before you go to hospital Kathy K

Honey... I just finished reading your update...thank you so much for the kind words. All I have to say is that I remember what it was like to be a pre-op. As for the boys, I'd say, have them come to see you the next day (the 17th)...If you are anything like me, I didn't want to see people, let alone be bothered on my day of surgery. I just wanted to try and sleep...please on the 17th you will probably be in a better frame of mind. Any questions, call me... Jessica
