Popping in to Say...

Hi old friends! Trying to catch up in reading your posts, I am so happy to see so many of you doing so well and looking so happy and beautiful and HEALTHY! I just can't believe I will be celebrating five years since my surgery with Dr. A in March - what a journey. Anyway, I just wanted to stop by and say happy holidays - be good to yourselves, give those kids and other loved ones an extra hard, extra long squeeze on Thanksgiving morning and lets all count our blessings - and no matter what, no matter how busy we are, find a few minutes to give ourselves away to other people - take time to extend a kindness, a gesture of giving to someone, no matter how small it may seem. If we try to do this every day of our lives, I promise you - this is the true measure of living a successful post-surgical life! Know who you are, what you're made of - and GIVE YOURSELF AWAY!
